We offer a full maintenance packages for buildings, villas, apartments, offices, warehouses, industrial units and retail shops etc. We manage everything from changing a bulb, cleaning service, landscaping to all kinds of breakdowns. We offer quality property maintenance and handyman services through our subsidiaries ensuring you get the most competitive and affordable price.

Tenant Management

Vacancy Duration
We strive to ensure that your property remains vacant for the shortest period of time or no time at all. As per the tenancy clauses, when the tenant gives the vacancy notice, we immediately start using our marketing resources to find you a new suitable tenant.

Eviction Process
We will make the moving-out process of the tenant as smooth as possible. This will include making sure that proper notice has been given by the current tenant, and that there is no structural damage to the premise, arrange cleaning, painting and repairs for tenant replacement.

Handling Security Deposit
We will handle the security deposit on your behalf, accepting, retaining and refunding to the tenant.

Screening New Tenants
To avoid any conflict in future, we do a thorough tenant screening. We also continue the screening during the duration of the contract to ensure that the tenant is not using the premises for other purposes or subletting.

Inspection Report
A detailed written report supported with photographs will be made available to you each time a tenant moves in or moves out.

Rental Management

Communication & Correspondence
We will take care of all correspondence with the tenant before finalizing the contract and during the contract. All maintenance, repairs, grievances, conflict or any other issue will be handled by us. We will be the one point of contact for you and the tenant.
We have our own UK and RERA trained in-house legal team entirely at your disposal.

Rent Collection
We will collect the rent as per the agreed payment terms and deposit into your account. We also contact defaulting tenants through proper written communication and follow up through regular calls and visits.

Coordinate Maintenance Issues
Any maintenance issues that arise will be handled by our professional contractors. We will coordinate the repairs with tenant and the contractors.

Additional Services

We can also provide additional services such as Pest control, interior/ exterior paint, carpet cleaning, landscaping, signage and building refresh & refurbishment etc. at competitive rates through our subsidiaries.
