In addition to the regular marketing & advertising, we alsomanage and market properties including full buildings on an exclusive basis.

With our extensive experience we passionately believe it is critical how we present your property to a potential tenant. We have a very simple but effective approach.

We visit your property; take photographs of exterior and interior, view from different angles of the building and the surrounding area. We collate all literature available about your property and add our own comments. This information is then collated and relevant materials are produced.

Only when you are satisfied with the quality of the material do we proceed to market. We develop an appropriate marketing strategy depending on the target audience, ensuring your property has the maximum-targeted exposure. Depending on the strategy, we will produce:

In Dubai we exclusively handle the marketing and leasing of Time Business Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Time Business Centre consists of offices, warehouses and industrial spaces. It is an exceptional building, designed keeping all kinds of client demands in mind and superb IT facilities. It is far superior compared to regular business spaces available.

Our main task was to highlight these USPs in an effective manner to counter comparison with spaces available in other areas and demand higher rental rate.

  • Focus on digital marketing with measurable results. We created google adword campaign to maximise traffic to the website and generate sales leads. We received close to 200 hits and about 10-15 serious enquiries everyday.
  • List the stock on popular property websites.
  • Target clients for warehouse and industrial space by hand delivering flyers to existing warehouse owners and faxes to a huge commercial database.
