and IT Solutions Group, Time Group Middle East, with offices in Dubai, the United Kingdom,
Pakistan and China. In the UK alone the Group owns and manages over 2 million sqft of serviced
offices, warehousing and manufacturing facilities as well as providing third party maintenance,
security and IT contracted services, all from internal Group subsidiaries.

Time Group Middle East entered the UAE market in 2003 and owns and manages a portfolio of over 320 residential and commercial properties. In 2007 TGME entered the Real Estate Development arena, designing, and project managing the construction of Time Business Centre, a state of the art warehouse, office and industrial facility, covering 215,000 sqft. situated in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Time Business Centre was completed in an astonishing sixteen months from breaking ground to hand-over.
